After hearing David Keller's sermon Uptown, Downtown, I couldn't stop thinking about how often we assume we know what's best for others. That realization challenged my faith, my leadership philosophy, and the work I'm building through Peers not Fears. Leadership isn't reserved for the students who fit the mold—it's a skill every young person deserves the chance to develop. Maybe it's time we rethink leadership altogether.
