Leadership isn't Born. It's Practiced
Lorraine Connell delivers powerful, real-world keynotes and workshops that help teens, educators, and parents rethink leadership—and step into it.

Lorraine Connell didn’t set out to become a speaker—she set out to change what she was seeing in schools, and what she had experienced herself. As a student, she knew what it felt like to want to be seen and question whether she was “the kind of person” who got to lead. As an educator, she watched that same pattern repeat—capable students staying silent, being overlooked, or labeled in ways that limited their potential. That experience became the foundation of her work and the driving force behind Peers Not Fears, where she helps everyone build confidence and leadership through real-world practice—not titles or permission.
Today, Lorraine speaks to students, educators, and parent communities about the hard truths with leadership. She challenges assumptions, shares real stories, and creates immediate shifts in how people think and act—especially around who gets to lead and why. Her work resonates because it’s grounded, honest, and actionable—leaving audiences not just inspired, but ready to recognize potential, create opportunity, and open the door for more of us to lead.
